Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY (NO RETURNS)

No Returns

  • Lamsaya does not accept returns.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exchange Only

  • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Custom-made or altered items.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers may inspect the item upon delivery.

  • Refusal at the door is not accepted.

  • If an order is refused at delivery, delivery charges are not refunded.

  • Exchanges are allowed only after delivery and according to this policy.

WHISH / Prepaid Orders

  • WHISH/prepaid orders are eligible for exchange only.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Exchange delivery fees are covered by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos/videos are required.

  • Lamsaya will arrange a replacement at no additional cost (if confirmed).

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, new delivery charges apply.
