EXCHANGE POLICY (NO RETURNS)
No Returns

Lamsaya does not accept returns.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Only

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.
Not Eligible for Exchange

Custom-made or altered items.

Items purchased during sales or promotions.

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers may inspect the item upon delivery.

Refusal at the door is not accepted.

If an order is refused at delivery, delivery charges are not refunded.

Exchanges are allowed only after delivery and according to this policy.
WHISH / Prepaid Orders

WHISH/prepaid orders are eligible for exchange only.

No refunds will be issued.

Exchange delivery fees are covered by the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos/videos are required.

Lamsaya will arrange a replacement at no additional cost (if confirmed).
